My research lies at the intersection of social science, transport engineering, and psychology. I apply computational modeling and in-depth qualitative inquiry to promote human acceptance and proper use of autonomous systems by people inside and outside those systems. I develop actionable frameworks and guidelines to address disuse and misuse of autonomous systems.
